Nesa Custom Art opened its doors in 2022 in a Richardson, Texas studio with two DTF presses, one stubborn opinion about color accuracy, and a refusal to outsource the parts that matter. We started by taking single-unit personalized orders — birthday tumblers, one-off baby onesies, gift doormats — alongside our first wholesale uniform contracts.
Four years later, the floor spans the full custom-print spectrum: DTF transfers, UV flatbed on hard substrates, multi-head embroidery, dye sublimation, and vinyl stickers. Our customers run the gamut — single-unit Etsy shop owners ordering one tumbler at a time, ISD athletic directors placing 2,000-piece uniform orders, breweries running 1,400 glassware drops. Whether the order is ONE or 10,000, the same press, same color profile, and same packing-list discipline applies.
